Earlier is always best, especially for peak seasons, holidays, and high demand destinations. For international travel, I recommend reaching out 6 to 12 months in advance. I only take a limited number of planning clients each month to ensure a high level of service, and those spots often fill well in advance. For simpler getaways or hotel only bookings, shorter timelines can still work depending on availability.

Yes, most custom planning services include a professional planning fee based on the type and complexity of your trip. Hotel only bookings are complimentary.


Do you charge a planning fee?


Your fee covers research, personalized recommendations, itinerary design, revisions, supplier coordination, booking management, and support throughout the planning process.


What does the planning fee cover?

Yes. Most planning services include a set number of revisions so we can refine your itinerary until everything feels just right.

Can I make changes once planning begins?

Absolutely. Many clients come to me wanting guidance first. We typically begin with three key pieces: budget, travel dates, and destination ideas. Having all three is ideal, but we can absolutely work with two out of three and build from there.


Can you help if I do not know where I want to go yet?


I specialize in luxury travel for clients who value seamless experiences, elevated service, and doors unlocked through trusted relationships. My focus is primarily on 4 and 5 star hotels, luxury cruises, and thoughtfully curated journeys designed to feel effortless from start to finish.

Do you only book luxury travel?

Yes. Depending on your trip, you will have support from me and trusted in destination partners while you travel.

Will I have support while traveling?

Airline points for flights are absolutely welcome and can be a smart way to maximize value. However, my planning services are focused on luxury hotels, resorts, villas, and trusted travel partners that allow me to provide elevated service, added amenities, and seamless support. For that reason, I do not work with Airbnb or VRBO properties.
